What are the guidelines to washing the 2006 World Cup Poland jersey?

I have to wash my jersey. It came with the PUMA tag of authenticity and all. I think it's 100% polyester but I'm not positive. It came with a tag that gave the rules to washing the jersey, but I accidentally threw it out :( So if somebody knows the guidelines, could you please tell me.

2. Hot water and soap may be a good start
3. If you really want to keep the jersey in perfect condition, as in really really really perfect, wash it in lukewarm water, don't scrub it, just soak it for a while so that it's wet, don't use bleach. Spray detergent on it. Soak it again in water. Then dry it in the washroom, not under the sun. Just the washroom enough. Don't hang it with clips or anything, just leave it on a flat table. :)
4. Wash it normally. Do not use bleach. Use warm water and a mild detergent. Do not put it in the dryer. Air dry it to keep shape and size.
